I have been extremely pleased with the care I have received from this surgery. The receptionist always try to get you a suitable appointment time and I have never had any trouble being seen if something is urgent. I feel confident in the Dr's and staff at the practice. I would like more privacy at the reception desk though.

We have been patients at Little Common Surgery for sixteen years. Our GP is Doctor Bhaskaran. He is an excellent GP with good care and empathy. The Little Common Surgery is a very busy practise though we always seem able to have an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. The online appointment system works well in addition to telephone request. The receptionists though extremely busy always do their best to help. In conclusion we are grateful for being patients of Little Common Surgery.

Precise info re medication needed for my care. Explanation on 'what wasn't needed' towards my care. That was appreciated. Overall a 'good' experience and value from the time spent with the doctor.

The receptionists do a very good job of helping with all queries. They are really polite and friendly, even when they cannot help directly (e.g. no appointments available) and definitely enhance the surgery. It is very annoying that appointments still cannot be booked in advance, or have to be phoned for on the morning they are required as this does make it hard to organise an appointment that is not an emergency. However, where emergency appointments are concerned, I feel that the surgery really does do its best to accommodate patients.
